Mission Statement
The purpose of this Section shall be to (1) promote the study of Workers’ Compensation law, (2) study and report on laws and decisions as they may affect the rights of parties in the workers’ compensation process, (3) provide a forum for members of the profession interested in Workers’ Compensation law, and (4) for attorneys representing injured workers, employers, and insurance companies to carry out the intended purpose of the Workers’ Compensation laws of the state of Texas.
